Biometrics, training, nutrition and check-ins in one place. The engine reads the data and drafts what to change next — you approve every change before an athlete sees it.
No credit card and no upfront subscription — the platform fee is a share of the coaching revenue you collect, not a monthly licence.
What you get
The data work happens inside the console. Your time goes to decisions.
Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, weight, blood pressure, glucose and training, logged by the athlete and kept as trends you can read. Wearable sync is the next connector being built, not something running today.
Readiness, adherence, phase, training load and the alert queue are assembled on one screen, so the work is decisions rather than nine tabs. Every client gets their own profile, plan and history.
It reads the recovery, training and glucose on file, flags what looks out of range and drafts the protocol change — you approve with one click. Nothing reaches an athlete under your name unchecked.
Sustained HRV suppression, elevated resting heart rate and sleep debt are flagged from the metrics on file. It is a signal to look, not a diagnosis.
Clients, check-ins, program assignment and progress in one workspace, each with their own profile and plan. Your whole practice, not a spreadsheet plus four tabs.
Clients sign into a portal wearing your name, logo and colours. They are coached by you — the software should never be the thing they remember.

Get started
No credit card, no upfront fee, nothing to cancel.
Two minutes and no card: your business name, how you coach and the revenue bracket you expect, which sets your platform fee.
Add your logo and colours during sign-up. The client portal wears them from the moment you invite anyone.
Send your invite link. Clients log their day, the engine flags what needs you, and you approve every change that reaches them.
Your account is created at the end of sign-up — you land in the console signed in.

Questions
What it costs, where the health data lives, and what the engine is allowed to do on its own.

There is no subscription and no setup fee. Ascension earns a percentage of the revenue you collect through it, so the platform only costs you money once it is making you money. Your rate is locked when you sign up and is visible in your finances tab, not buried in a contract. Founding-coach rates are held for the life of the account.
See the fee calculator →A coach with a handful of athletes can use the console in full before the fee applies — see the pricing section for where the line sits. If you leave, your data does not: you can export your records and your athletes' records from the settings tab before closing the account, and a deletion request is actioned without an argument.
Compare the plans →Coaching records, blood markers and body-composition data are held in a managed PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt, Germany. Uploaded lab documents and progress photographs are held in private object storage and reached only through short-lived signed links. A coach sees the athletes on their own roster and nobody else's; an athlete sees their own record. Both rules are enforced on the server on every request, not hidden in the interface.
Read the privacy policy →The RIS engine watches biometric and nutrition trends and raises a pattern it thinks is worth your attention, along with the reasoning and a proposed adjustment. Every proposal waits in your Today feed until you accept, change or dismiss it. It does not message anyone, it does not change a plan, and it does not act while you are away.
How the review step works →The portal reads the metrics a wearable already produces — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, strain and weight — and shows them beside the training and nutrition data the athlete logs. Where a device has no integration, the same fields can be entered by hand, so a coach is never blocked waiting on an API. Nothing about a plan depends on a device being connected.
Paste or share an invite link with each athlete. They create an account against it, land in their own portal, and appear on your roster for approval. Existing programmes are entered or imported per client rather than in one bulk migration — the platform has no importer for another vendor's export, and we would rather say so than have you discover it after signing up.
Everything an athlete does — logging food, checking a task, reading a message, booking a call — works on a phone browser, and the layout is built for one-handed use. The coach console is dense by nature and is best on a laptop or tablet. There is no app store download to keep up to date.
It suits a coach who already has a method and wants the paperwork, the check-ins and the trend-watching handled in one place, with their own judgement still in the loop. It is not a marketplace and it does not bring you clients; it is the console you run your existing practice on.
